Mr. Mitchell is the founder and President of the Compass Group. He brings a broad range of experience having served in senior executive positions at publically traded, multi-billion dollar corporations. His experience ranges from executive roles at Fortune 50 corporations managing global divisions, to high tech start - ups.

Mr. Mitchell started his career at Xerox Corporation and later served as Vice President, General Manager of Global Software at a division of Siemens AG. He later served as Senior Vice President at Thomson Corporation within the Thomson Learning Division where he managed a large division responsible for e-learning training and development for many of the world’s largest corporations. He also served as Vice President, Executive Managing Director at Reed Elsevier PLC. Prior to founding the Compass Group, Mr. Mitchell had been a strategy advisor and investor in several property management companies.

Mr.Humphrey is the Chief Financial Officer at the Compass Group responsible for Finance, Operations and Human Resources Administration. He works extensively with Board Members of Condominiums, Homeowners Associations and Country Clubs as a key liaison, strategist and trusted business advisor.

Mr. Humphrey has an extensive back ground in the executive management of multi-billion dollar corporations. He has served as Senior Vice President of Finance for Source Interlink Companies and most recently was Chief Financial Officer for Prism Microwave, Inc. Mr. Humphrey spent 9 years in public accounting with Price Waterhouse Coopers specializing in Financial Analysis, Controls, Risk Management and Internal Audit working with corporations globally.

Mr. Humphrey’s expertise in GAAP, SEC, SoX, Treasury Management, Audit and Controls brings advanced operational expertise to the property management market and a customer base representing some of the largest Community Associations in Florida.

Mr. Humphrey is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Masters in Accounting.
